Nutrition Discovery Session

In this one off consultation, our Nutritional Therapist Harri will go through your nutritional and lifestyle habits to assess what may be hindering you from meeting your goals, be that fat loss, performance, improved energy and overall health.

Topics such as meal timing, food choices, macronutrient profile, deficiencies, potential food intolerances, sleep patterns and hormonal imbalances will be discussed.

Harri will make recommendations for changes that will best support your individual needs so that you can tweak any imbalances, allowing you to improve your overall well being and reach your specific goals.

You will obviously also have the chance to ask Harri any questions you might have throughout the consultation.

Our 3 & 6 week nutritional plans aim to help and educate you which will allow you to make sustainable progress by developing healthier dietary habits that will transform the way you look, feel and perform.

Firstly, you will be asked to complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire as well as a 3 day food diary for assessment followed by a consultation

With this we will provide you with a detailed review on your nutritional habits and lifestyle and design a 3/6 week nutrition plan based on your goals, preferences and daily routine.

Following this, you will have regular follow-ups with our Nutritional therapist to keep track of any habit changes and strategies you have implemented, with further guidance for how to optimise your nutrition.

At the end of each week you will receive a zoom call to track your progress and make any necessary changes.
